The hotel was smaller than expected, but the rooms were lovely and spacious. It would be great if they could accommodate bookings on the same floor. The service was mixed, with a not so welcoming start but ended with a helpful and courteous staff. The location was fantastic with easy access to central CBD and nearby tram services, but the dining experience was worth waking up for. Overall, a convenient stay with some room for improvement.

The apartment had great facilities with a washing machine, kitchen facilities, dishwasher, and Foxtel. However, it was not as clean as expected and smaller than portrayed online. The superb kitchen was a positive aspect despite not being used often.

The hotel room 1506 was not in a good condition to be rented out for that much money. The room had 2 king beds, a separate bath attached to the master bed, and appropriate furnishings but smelt really badly of cigarettes even though it is supposed to be non-smoking apartments. The service, with better systems, some more things in room, and an extra staff member, was helpful and attentive but extremely unorganized. The location was exceptional, providing great access to markets, food sectors, and transport. The dining experience in the morning was worth getting up for with an amazing location and included organic fruits.
